I feel that it has become very apparent that occult dinosaur Donald Michael Kraig is way out of touch with the occult world and the needs of its community, but I’ll let you decide for yourself.
The mysterious blogger whom Kraig conveniently fails to name is Jack Faust, and you can read the post in question here, which in turn was originally a response to Andrieh Vitimus. Faust also makes a couple more rebuttles on his own blog in response to Kraig. Also, Mike Cecchetelli (author of Crossed Keys) weighs in as well.
